World Values Survey Wave 7 (2017-2022): Results in % by country weighted by w_weight. Study #WVS-2017-2022 v4.0 data is used for Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Maldives, Morocco, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tunisia and Turkey. Data for Muslims in Muslim countries having large non-Muslim majorities – Chad, Guinea-Bissau, Malaysia, Mali and Nigeria – are derived from The World Muslims: Unity and Diversity (Washington DC: Pew Center, August 9, 2012), although the data is older than other sources that report for the whole population, not exclusively for Muslims.
